Let Us Know If You Are Hospitalized

The Pastoral Care Ministry encourages you to contact the church office at (239) 597-5410 if you are hospitalized, in need of prayer or if you desire a pastoral visit. We also want to be made aware if there is a life changing circumstance in your family. Help us to provide pastoral care to you and your family by keeping us informed of your spiritual needs.

Special Partners in Pastoral Care

Special Partners in Pastoral Care is an exciting visitation ministry to those who are in need of an occasional visit or phone call. The “partners” are volunteers from our congregation who visit and/or call church members and special friends who are shut-ins, in special care facilities, or are just in need of a friendly visitor. Some of our partners assist the preacher with home communion, while others make regular, scheduled visits on a weekly or bi-monthly schedule. It’s all about giving care to our congregation. If you would like to be a part of this thriving, compassionate care ministry, please contact the church office to set up an appointment to discuss your areas of interest.

Let Us Know If You Are Hospitalized

The Prayer Chain is is comprised of church members, who when called, will include special prayers in their daily prayer time. When a prayer need known, the church office staff will call one person on the Prayer Chain with the message. That person will then call one person, and it continues until all members of the Chain are contacted. You receive one call and you make one call. All prayer requests are kept confidential.

If you have a prayer concern that you would like the Prayer Chain to be aware of or if you would like to be a member of the Prayer Chain please call the church office at (239) 597-5410.
